1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.

I wish I had a pair of these a long time ago! I listen to a lot of music on a regular basis and it's just incredible how you can hear everything and it's so much sharper and clearer. Kudos to the designer. I really appreciate these and have even started to tell others about them. My brother in law is preparing to get a pair next month. I can't say enough about them and they charge incredibly fast. Like I said.....Fantastic!

Definitely a great sound and a comfortable fit Far superior to apple in ear product and a better quality product as well.
I had a slight issue with charging one of the pods but that seems to resolved itself by placing more positively in the charging case.
