Great sound quality but didn't stand the test of time
I initially ordered these earbuds because I'm an audio enthusiast. Their excellent marketing piqued my curiosity, so I decided to buy a pair. At first, I rated them a 7 out of 10 due to their lack of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)—which I know is available in other models—and lower volume levels. Overall, the sound quality was fairly crisp, and I enjoyed using them during workouts and leisure time.
However, I ultimately gave them three stars instead of four or five because one of the earbuds stopped charging. After researching on several forums and contacting tech support via email, I was advised to let both the charging case and the earbuds fully discharge and then restore them, which should help restore functionality. I followed this process several times, but still, only one earbud worked.
I admit I forgot about the earbuds for a while, but when I opened the case to check on the issue, I noticed there seemed to be a short in the right earbud. I purchased these in April 2023, and now I would have to pay for repairs since the warranty lasts only a year. Given the price, I feel it definitely wasn’t worth it. There are several smaller companies that provide better, more durable products. Had these earbuds been priced lower, I might have just accepted the loss, as earbuds can vary in quality, and it’s possible to end up with a defective pair.
