So pleased with these Earbuds. After reading they had a 3 way speaker system I had to try them, I wasn't disappointed. The sound quality is amazing, I have not heard anything that surpasses their clarity from a portable device, and unch of the base speakers really do make you go wow. I'm so content with the buds, I have just purchased a pair of of Core headsets for the days at home.

Best clarity in earbuds I've ever had, clear bass treble and mids. Never an issue for someone to hear me on a phone call, battery lasts forever it seems. Fast charging. Overall don't regret a penny of what I spent to buy these. I can get quite a distance from my phone before I start having any audio issues from disconnection. Overall great buy and value for what you pay for.

The sound quality is clear, they sit well, and stay in for most activities. Call quality is excellent. Pretty good for the price point. Still better than AirPods

My crux against it is

-they regularly struggle with connection at low volumes (disconnecting in one or both headphones, pretty regularly)

-the minimum sound level is too loud and the loudest sound volume is too quiet

-there’s no indication when the battery is getting low, they just die

I don’t hate them, I just wish they were slightly better

These eat buds are awesome. The quality in the sound is superb. Not only do they sound better but they’re less expensive than other ear buds out there.

The earbuds themselves could be ok, I think mine may be a bit faulty as they are so terrible it can't be normal. However, not that the people from customer service helped sort this out, I'm just sat on terrible faulty headphones now. The Bluetooth range goes crackly after moving further than 2 meters away. Something that customer service said HAS to be the phones fault. My phone, a Samsung galaxy s22, works perfectly on a wide range with my Bose headphones. The sound itself is a bit harsh and a tad too loud even on the lowest setting, I've had to download an app to help make the sound ok.
