Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs.

Warranty

1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.

Great earbuds

I was hesitant at first, but they were on Black Friday sale, so I decided to bite the bullet. Man am I glad that I did! These earbuds are better than any I’ve owned in the past (Sony xm4, AirPods pro2, etc). So clear up high and in the mids, yet so punchy in the bass. Instrument separation is great and the sound stage is very wide for earbuds. I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to turn their listening experience up a notch (or three). I especially recommend these to metalheads, as metal is the primary music I listen to on them. I haven’t found a single song that they can’t reproduce beautifully.

Excellent sound quality. Finally an earbud that I can hear and the person on the other end can also hear me.All the others I have tried including bose are horrible.
