Subject: Urgent – Defective Charging Case & Protective Silicone Case

Dear [Recipient],

I expect my hard charging case to be replaced immediately—it cracked from a fall of less than two feet. Now, I’m forced to hold it together with tape, which is completely unacceptable for a product meant to protect my device.

To make matters worse, the newly purchased protective silicone case is just as disappointing—the eyelets for the tether rope have already ripped. The material is far too soft, and the tether simply cuts right through it. These eyelets must be reinforced, or the case is useless for its intended purpose.

This level of fragility is unacceptable. I need a resolution now. Please advise on the next steps.

It prevents the case from opening fully and picks up dust like crazy. Waste of money, do not buy.

The silicone case is good

Only thing would of liked is to be firm and attached with the case status case after installing it

The case is a perfect fit for the headphones 👍🏽. It allows one to open/close as if it's not there, the charge port is still accessible & the L.E.D. charge lights are perfectly visible without any tweaking/adjustment at all. Great job on the design Status Design Team, it's simple and functional at the same time.

It’s good for protecting from scratches, although it prevents the case from opening fully it’s also attracting dust a lot
