I had a lot of second thoughts before buying this product. It took me a lot of time convincing myself whether this product will really perform as per price, quality, durability, play time and charge time. Glad that I decided to give it a go and found out that it does not disappoint. It really functions as it was described specs-wise. Bass is great, voices and lyrics much clearer than the other earbuds I own. This now is my favorite on the go companion. The ANC is also a plus factor when it comes to range day. Yes, I used this while shooting in the range using the foam ear tips (bought separately). It truly back masked the pew pew sound with Metallica in the background. So far, so good and no complaints.

I ordered. And they don’t sound good for phone calls which is extremely important. They do not have a internal microphone which means you can hear ppl talk to you out you have to talk to your phone for them to hear you which is dumb im since airpods can do both effortlessly. I also requested a refund 10 days after recording them. They never sent me a return package to send them back and note they are forcing me to keep them. The way they stand being their product, I don’t understand why they won’t honor the return especially if we have emails showing proof that I wanted a return in December. But I guess they spend so much in advertising that it would be a loss to have 100% customer satisfaction. They get too many 5 star rating for it to be completely true seeing as I’ve found them lacking. They hurt my ears and aren’t good for gym use since they slip out even with the larger ear cushions. And don’t even try to put a shirt on or take one off with these in bc the awkward shape and bulky build means they are falling out, every time. They sound good but not as impressive than as they’d want you to believe. I think i enjoyed the idea of getting something that seemed innovative but that was just me falling for the ads.

In regards to sound quality , this earphone delivers great sounds! Only quack is that the touch feature on the earbuds are a bit annoying

I purchased the Between 3ANC buds for $199 ($219 after taxes) in April 2023. I LOVE the sound quality, and the ANC is pretty good when I'm on the bus, although I wouldn't rate it at the same level as larger headphones like my Sony WH-1000XM4 set. Like others have mentioned in their reviews, my right earbud came apart at the seam 10 months. I use the physical buttons on the right earbud the vast majority of the time. Customer service was a little slow but helpful, and they replaced the set. I did note that the build quality of the 2nd earbuds felt a bit downgraded - finishing touches weren't quite as nice as the first earbuds in the way of the plastic texture or sheen. Customer service did respond to my concern, but only after 3 months, at which point I had already been using them normally. They still sound great, but this second pair has now lasted 13 months before, again, the right earbud has come apart. I'm bummed. I've purchased the Airpods Pro 2 but and am now returning them because their volume, bass and mid range just don't compare to the Between 3ANC (most any Led Zeppelin song suffered on the Airpods). But I've been through 2 sets in under 2 years. Sad, because they really do sound and feel great . :-(
