1 Year Warranty: Status Audio is responsible for defects in materials and workmanship for one year after date of original purchase. If the defect is Status Audio's responsibility (e.g., sound is lost in one side of the headphones), the customer will be furnished with a replacement unit. User-inflicted damage is covered with a partial credit towards a replacement unit. After one year, all claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Status Audio.
Do you want ear buds that's not gonna bother you during your run?
These don't fall out. If you're on a treadmill or running outside with these on and have eye of the tiger playing, you'll feel Rocky Balboa running all of Philly. I have them on in the office and they're just great to listen to the chisme when you turn off the ANC.

Amazing earphones.
Amazing sound and very comfortable, I may still change the tips for a perfect fit. I have noticed that it is possible to replace the buds (particularly the right) into the case and them not seat completely and therefore not charge. Now I'm aware that it can happen I make sure that I push them all the way into the case but it caught me out a couple of times.
